The timing chain and tension rod were both replaced 3-4 months ago. I have over 100,000 miles

P0016 Crankshaft  position (CKP) - intake cam position (CMP) correlation

This is the timing chain, the water pump which is timing chain driven should also be look into as contributing to this condition.This code is strictly a mechanical fault.
