2006 Kia Sedona EX with engine code P2507

Question

I have a 06 Kia Sedona - Code P2507 that has been coming up, the vans jerks, and the engine light comes on, and when I shift into Reverse the trans clanks and jerks. If you shut the car off and back on, it's fine until the next time it happens, it's been in the Kia shop for 3 weeks and they cannot find the problem. They say the van needs to act up while they have their computer hooked up and it has not. Any ideas? Thank you

Start by checking the battery charge and the charging system. If the battery and charging system (alternator) are OK, then I recommend replacing the Main Relay. If the problem persists, then there is a problem with the PCM.
