P0012 Mazda -

Question

I have a 2011 Mazda 6 with P0011 code and engine light on. I have replaced the ECM and have it flashed successfully however, code p0011 is on it put the engine in Limping mode and retard the timing and Stabilitrak is not responding to the ECM. Can anyone help?

have you replaced the oil in the last 4k miles? Dirty oil will clog the Variable cam timing actuator and set the light on

Possible causes

- Dirty Oil

- Low engine oil level

- Variable cam timing actuator stuck in retard position

- Timing belt jumped
