My seat belt on the passenger side will not click?

I do not have a code for my seat belt but the passenger side will not fasten. It is like the fasten is in the lock position without the belt.

Try to see if there is something stuck inside if nothing is inside there is probably something broken inside and it needs to be replaced.

I would call Cadillac to see how long the warranty on the seat belt is.
