P0300 2003 Nissan Altima Sedan Can this code mean o have a bad head gasket? Or is that not related. Thanks.

It's possible if the car overheated, P0300 means Cylinder Misfire Detected Random Cylinders

Start by checking for intake leaks, intake gaskets are a common cause of multi-cylinder misfiring. If you have not replaced the spark plugs, you might want to start there. Also if you are using low octane fuel, I have seen this problem a lot. Use 91 octanes from Shell.
