P0174 FORD expedition - and p0171

Question

i have a 2001 expedition and ive changed spark plugs and fuel filter in nov and air filter last week now im getting 9.2 miles per gallon and the codess say p0171 bank1 and code p0174 bank 2 cleaned mass air flow sensor dont no what to do

i have the smae problem ,i had to use a very good spark plug too. i changed the map sensor the fuel filter the air filter the coils cleaned the throttle body. so i was told its the air idel control, and get the intake  upper and lower gaskets replaced,
