PO740. What can I do to repair this problem?

P0740 NISSAN - I keep getting this code on my 2002 Nissan Sentra.  1.8L engine.  I had the solenoids changed in the valve body and still getting the code.  No overdrive and the light flashes on my dash. Please help.  I also changed the speed sensor.
