Can P1445 code in a Toyota Landcruiser be the result of simply a disconnected vacuum hose?

The P1445 light/code began appearing immediately following having timing belt, water pump and associated belts replaced on my 2006 Toyota Landcruiser. Before investing another substantial sum in the vehicle, I would like to ascertain whether it might simply be the result of the technician not having replaced a vacuum or other connection? What are the ramifications of ignoring the light?

P1445 Stuck closed in secondary air injection vacuum switching valve

The secondary air injection system is used to warm up the catalytic convertor to help with emission during cold start up.This is a popular code condition with Toyota. If this was caused by a vacuum hose being disconnected just reconnect it and clear the code  This may not be timing belt related, during the repair of the timing belt they are no where near these componet. Make this a hobby code condition you will come across it again
