P0723 ACURA - HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

05 TSX 97 480 KM recentely have had this problem  'd' flases vsa light come on and check engine light   rpm off and at times the speed/rpm gets a jerk( as if someone puses the car as it is driving)   took it to an acura dealer and they couldn't find anything the code came up and they tested it and it pased. what can i do to fix the issue
