I scand the signal using the TORQUE app on my android phone, paird with an ELM327.

the signal reacts just like it shoudl it stays stable wihle idling and while accelarating slowly, and if I let go of the gas suddenly I get a spike in the voltage signal. but

the levels do not correpond to the manual, while idling the level stays around the 0.3volts the spike gets to about 1.2Volts.

in the manual its at 2.3V and has spikes above 3Volts.

could this just be my ODB tooll ?
is there a difference in the convertion formula from American vs korea or asian cars?

thank you.
