P0430 - lexus please tel me what could wrong

I have a check engine light on the dashboard after using the scanner P0430 appear on the screen. what can be the problem?

HI there,

This code is for the bank 2 catalytic converter performing below threshold. This basically means the converter is not cleaning the exhaust gas as well as it should and needs to be replaced.
