Prius 2010 it's starting and driving but in couple minutes the engine light and check hybrid system it's comming on and the car stops, I found on chat that the electric pump it's the problem but I checked and it's working, I take the car to dealer and they say I need to change the electric water pump, purge vsv(valve), Ecu and reprogram that will cost 28000$, do I need to do all of that or they exaggerated with all that?
