P0228 - 2001 Jaguar S Type 3 litre Petrol Saloon.

The jag diagnostic machine says that it is sensor 'C.' Can you tell me if it is possible to change sensor c or do I need to replace the whole Throttle Body Assembly?

Obviously with the age of the car I'm going to acquire a used throttle body to change-over. How can I be sure that this unit is working correctly?

Vehicle: 2001, Jaguar, S Type, 3.0 litre V6
