I got the code U0100 on my 2008 Nissan Altima Hybrid 2.5L

My 2008 Nissan Altima Hybrid 2.5L doesn't run DTC code is U0100 "Communication with ECM/PCM 'A' is lost" Can anyone help determine what the problem might be.
