getting p0344 on my dodge charger 2007 and I am thinking its the battery as well...anyone else fix this problem with a new battery.I let the car sit for a couple of days and too a few seconds more to start that normal. after that it has been fine bc i drive it everyday until yesterday when the check engine came on and threw a code p0344. I looked it up and said camshaft sensor but it also mentioned the code could have come up due to weak battery. Has anyone else fixed this problem with new battery. I have the factory battery in there from 2007

P0344 Cam shaft sensor intermittent

Camshaft sensor code can come from a weak battery if the engine has a hard time starting from the engine not being  able to crank the engine at a certain speed., When you first turn the engine on the fuel pump is activated a low battery condition can affect the performance of the fuel pump at start up. In many ways it can set a P0344. . When the battery is weak it can no longer absorb AC ripples that is created by the alternator. this can cause and interfere any hall-effect  sensor / switches and this includes the camshaft sensor.
