P0300 Dodge - my engine is runing rough and backfires under acceleration. There is a loss of power

My 2003 Dodge ram has a p0300 code, it is running real rough and backfires under acceleration. About a month ago I had a similar issue, I changed the plugs and a similar issue went away, although it did still run a little rough at idle. This vehicle has 190,000 miles on it.

if your are not using 91 octane fuel that could be the cause, seen it many times.

the spark plugs need to be changed every 30k miles.

try to use Bosch 6711 or 9654 (iridium) spark plugs
