P0171 Oldsmobile -'99 hard to start, but runs fine once it does.

Question

I have a '99 Olds Intrigue it became difficult to start and the check engine light came on. It runs fine once it starts and the only code it gives is P0171. I found a cracked hose to the PCV valve, and replaced the PCV and the hose. Still won't start easily.

This code could be appearing due to low fuel pressure. This could also cause hard starting. Especially if its starting hard after sitting overnight or for a long period of time.
