Due to the high mileage of my astro van, along with various obd ll codes related to the oxygen sensors, I replaced the catalytic converter along with the Y pipe it is welded to. I chose a stainless steel pipe because of longivity. I also installed Bosch oxygen sensors.
Occasionally, in the morning, when I start the van, and take off, I can't go 2 blocks, and the check engine light comes on.
I have a portable scanner and plug it in, and I get the PO 155 code. I delete the code, and the light stays off till another morning when it may come on. What am I doing wrong? When I put the O2 sensors in, the wiring harness looked in good shape, so I'm sure it's not a bad wiring harness.

P0155 -02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 2 sensor 1)

Bank 2 is where the number 2 cylinder is located being sensor 1 this makes it an upstream 02 sensor which is an engine management sensor, when you receive P0155 this can be the sensor itself where its internal circuitry is faulty, or lack of voltage to the heater circuit, to resolve this a voltage measurement of the 02 heater circuit has to be made
