P1315 Toyota -2000 avalon xls

Question

pulled engine to re-seal rear main leak, replaced timing belt and water pump at same time. re-installed engine, start and die condition developed. got code p1300 and 1315. checked voltage and ohmed wiring. replaced ecm, repaired wire for #4 igt circuit, replaced faulty tps, replaced faulty iac valve. still no luck. will run between 1500-2500 rpm, then the injector circuit shuts off. can anyone give some insight on what we might have missed? the car ran fine before we pulled the motor.

P1315 Ignitor circuit malfuntion

When P1300 and P1315 are together this is a open circuit . The grounds wire needs to be recheck and made proper. P1300 usually appears when there is a poor ground , Check the grounds especially at the intake manifold.
