Ford Expedition 2005, PO430 code. Is this the main Cat Converter?

Vehicle has 188k miles, replaced injector's about 40K mile ago. PO430 code keeps coming back. Replaced O2 sensor in the main converter, no change.

Vehicle: 2005, Ford, Expedition with 5.4L

This is the front converter on the driver side or bank 2 of the engine
