P0449 Buick -new ecm and soleniod not getting ground and service engine soon light on.

Question

2006 Buick Rendezvous------Solenoid not receiving ground signal. new solenoid and ecm/ been flashed. Service engine soon light still on. I'm getting power thru harness. I also replaced gas cap. Did I miss something to check. PO449 code when scanned.

P0449 Evaporative emission EVAP vent solenoid control circuit

This is a circuit low condition when the vent solenoid is commanded to run the ECM gives ground, You can still be dealing with a faulty ECM. What can also set this code is the FTP (fuel tank pressure) sensor. Not reporting properly.
