What usually causes this code condition is high resistance of the signal circuit , Some of the other causes that needs to be check are the operation of the clutch fan and having the proper coolant level. There is aslo a TSB that may apply to this vehicle TSB # 10-06-04-008B.What this TSB is about is the relocation of the coolant temperature (ECT) and the engine coolant heater cord.
