where is the fuse located. I hope not in the pcm

P0058  - 02 sensor bank 2 sensor 2 circuit high

Being a sensor 2 this make it a downstream 02 sensor or  a catalytic monitor sensor. Circuit high is mostly a disconnection either at the sensor itself or along the harness toward the PCM, if this was a fuse circuit, it would be circuit low. Check the mating of the 02 sensor and the harness
