Question

i had my car checked for fault codes, two codes were showing, po700 and u1900

theses were both cleared and the car was test driven and they did not reappear. however another guy checked car and found a whole load of codes, i asked why the difference and he said something to do with  the stereo, to me this sounds like BS, but im not sure. he also said the obd software was not updated, thanks
