po741 code cause this

trying to get caddy inspected catylist and evap come up not ready after driving 81 miles check engine light came on with a code po741 (tcc stuck off) could this code cause the cat and evap not to be ready

have you ever replaced the transmission fluid? if not if probably the first thing to do

 

Possible causes

- Low transmission fluid level

- Dirty transmission fluid

- Faulty torque converter clutch solenoid valve

- Torque converter clutch solenoid valve harness or connectors

- Torque converter clutch solenoid valve circuit is open or shorted

- Transmission internal mechanical problem
