I erased the code but it just comes back right away when I start the dear. What is needed it fix?

I have a Check Engine light... With VSC light. I read a p0037 code. I tried to erase and got "ERASE DONE"... but the lights come back on right away. What do I need to do?

P0037 Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low (bank 1 sensor 2)

When the CK ENG LT comes on for safety reason the VSC and ABS are disabled, When you erase a code and it immediately reappears this considered a hard code, a soft code go through a monitor reset before it can reappear unless it was resolved. The code you have is Sensor 2 , so this make it a downstream 02 sensor or a catalytic monitor sensor,The fix is to determine if this is the 02 sensor itself, what set this code are open circuit in the 02 heater sensor , shorted sensor of the 02 sensor, or the ECM not supplying the proper voltage to the 02 sensor, More than likely this will be the 02 sensor itself.
