is it safe to drive 150 mile with code P0446 on a Chevrolet -2007 Silverado classic

my check engine light is on and the code is p0446. I have to drive aprox 150 miles before I can get it fixed. Is it safe to do this?

P0446 Evaporative emission control system vent control circuit

Yes you can drive this , the purpose of the CK ENG LT is to protect the catalytic convertor and the catalytic convertor is to protect the enviroment from harmful emission that vehicles emit. What the vent control does is to allow trap fuel vapor and  to store it in a charcoal canister instead of emitting raw fuel fume into the atmosphere, From there it is purged from its canistor to the engine to be used up.
