P2431, P0411 codes Saturn -ION

Question

The car runs normally, but has failed inspection due to DTCs P0411 and P2431. From my current research, it would appear that this is being caused either by a damaged vacuum hose, or by a faulty ASV. I have no current diagrams to where these components may be located. Any thoughts to accuracy of diagnosis or assistance locating the components would be appreciated.
