P0101, what can happen?

Question

I've changed my fuel pump and now I've the P0101 Code.

If i have an intake leak, open or short wire from the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor to the Engine Control Module (ECM), or a defective MAF, I've to drive 400 miles, till I can get it fixed. Please can anyone tell me, where I find it in a Nissan Murano 2003? Thanks a lot.
