Wondering if EGR is bad?

Question

I upgraded the isolator bolts a few years ago. The DPFE sensor is new. The hoses to the DPFE are new and the correct type. I took the EGR tube off and soaked it over night and then cleaned it with air compressor. I even soldered around where the DPFE pipes come off the EGR tube. All put back, code cleared and driven. Light is back on... What could be the problems outside of what I have already Done? EGR?
