What is with PO2098 that comes up with no info here at Engine Codes?

Question

I took a scan that came up with three codes. The first two: PO441 and PO2096 I was able to get info from here at Engine Codes. The third code PO2098 came up a blank.

P2096 Post catalytic fuel trim too lean Bank 1

P2098 post catalytic fuel trim too lean Bank 2

For P2096 and P2098 what causes these are false air, False air are any vacuum leaks that the MAF (mass air flow) does not meter . having a incorrect purge flow, Check the vacuum hose of the purge valve to its connection this is more than likey the cause of all these code condition.
