I got the engine code P1127 on my 2000 Ford F150 4.6L, what is the meaning?

P1127 Downstream 02 sensor not warmed enough sensor not tested

This is a code that you can recieve when you do a KOER (key on engine running) test.Most scan tool that do KOER for Ford will give you a timer and to have the engine warmed and RPM brought up before doing a KOER test.
