I have a 2002dodge ram 1500 4x4 4.7 engine light came on

I took the truck to AutoZone they told me it was p0420 so I replaced up and lower 02sensors and cleared the code I drove the truck for around 20miles engine light came back I took it back to AutoZone still the same code can anyone help me.

P0420 Catalytic effieciency bank 1

This is a degraded catalytic convertor, They do wear out due to mileage and use. What accelerate the degrade of the catalytic are mainly poor maintance of the engine performance.  Worn sparkplug especially wrong type (use what factory recommends). Exhaust leaks will also code up a P0420
