P0741 Chevrolet - Impala

Question

2008 Chevy Impala, 59000 miles.

Transmission was rebuilt by AAMCO on Jan 8th 2014 due to P0741, P0742, and P0700 codes. They replaced several parts and performed the valve body reconditioning.

Now just a little more than a month later and we have P0741 and P0700 codes again.

Is this going to be a recurring issue with the 3.9L V6 engine and the 4t65 transmission?

Thankfully it should be under warranty, but if they need to rebuild the transmission again, I'll be without the car again for 3 days, which is frustrating. I'll need to consider purchasing another vehicle if that's the case.
