chick engine paperer and there is code p0340

i have truck model ford 150 f v 6 engine cylinder 4.2 L 2005 year it has problem the chick engine appear and code come after chick by computer it is p0340 what does it mean? please could you help me

Hi there,

This code is for the bank 1 cam position sensor. This is mounted to the front of the engine where the distributor cap would normally go. It does require special tools to align it when replaced.Most often the sensor itself is the problem and replacing it will resolve the issue.
