can i change my computer in a 95 t_bird 4.6L to a crown vic police intercepter ecm

i want to put PI heads on my 95 t-bird 4.6L and i thought about the police crown vic will the computer plug into my harness and if so what years would be the best to use.

Vehicle: 1995 ford thunderbird 4.6L v8
