P0440 Evaporative emission control system malfunction

This is a EVAP code where the EVAP system is unable to maintain vacuum during test, this can be from a fuel cap that can not seal properly or the FTP (fuel tank pressure) sensor not able to properly measure its vacuum in the fuel tank.,this sensor is located on the top of the fuel pump module.
