P0138 Chevrolet -

Question

when Im driving down the road the engine is running just fine then when it warms up and I have the throttle in one position the truck starts to slow down when I press the gas petal it does not respond and I keep slowing down until I have the gas petal to the floor then the trans kicks down and the truck starts to run fine as it accelerates then I will release the acc petal it will run fine for a minute then it will start to slow again Help mike
PS I have changed the throttle position sensor ?

HI there,

Check the fuel pressure and the catalytic converter. If the converter is broken apart inside, it may be blocking some of the exhaust flow and causing the loss of power. This can also give you a false reading on the rear O2 sensor.
