Pulled a P0140 Code.

HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 2

Note that this happened when a check engine light came on after hitting a pothole.

Check the wiring to the rear O2 sensor, it's possible the wiring was damaged during the hit. If not, then it's likely the rear O2 sensor needs to be replaced.
