We have got fault code 2118 and have checked the wiring nothing wrong, continuity check done from ECU to actuator - nothing seems wrong, so what voltage readings should we get going into the actuator and coming back out ?

All connections have been cleaned from battery terminals to throttle body. Vehicle was initially only faulting intermittently now fault is permanent. Vehicle in guard mode.

Vehicle: 2009 Honda Accord V6

P2118 Throttle actuator current range / performance

To trouble shoot this code condition you perform a resistance test on the throttle acuator

1. TP "A" signal "red black"  2. TP refernece (+5 volts) Blue.  3. TP "B" signal "red-blue"  4. ECM (-) "green"

5. Motor (-) green  6. Motor (+) "blue"

You measure pin 5 and pin 6  the resistance should be about 1 OHM. There is also a control relay that can cause this to also code a P2118
