P0420 2007 Toyota LandCruiser

Question

I get this code P0420 with the ending (bank 2) on my 2007 LandCruiser. What is the difference between bank 1 and bank 2? Are the causes listed for bank 1 the same as bank 2?

The car has 2 banks and 2 catalytic converter.

P0420 is for bank 1 

P0430 is for bank 2

I would call Toyota and see if you are still under Emission warranty since the catalytic converter is pretty expensive if that turns out to be the worst case scenario

I would check the list below in order.
