Hi there,

This code is for the second O2 sensor on bank 1. The most common issue for this code is the sensor itself, but also if you have an exhaust leak close to the sensor this can cause it as well. Bank 1 is the bank closest to the firewall, and the sensor in question is AFTER the catalytic converter.
