2006 chevy aveo with codes of p161B, 2106 and 2110.

Question

I have a 2006 Chevy Aveo. Just recently as I was going down the freeway, I lost all power and the check engine lite came on. The codes are 2106, 2110, and P161B. This has happened to me twice and I noticed that it is only in extremely cold weather. Could the throttle body be freezing up as if I stop and shut the engine down, clear the codes, and start it back up it runs fine.

mine does the EXACT same.  cold weather.  I think it has something to do with throttle body/ TAC   my code is 2105 and 2106   2105   is TAC  system forced engine shutdown
