My jetta 2003 send me this error what i have to do?

More than likely one of the transmission clutches failed or the pressures controlled by the valve body are out of factory specifications. Check the transmission fluid level and condition, replaced fluid if necessary and erase the code.

If the code comeback, you have to check the transmission pressures. Unfortunately the only way to check the transmission pressure with an special tool. I suggest having a transmission specialist tech or the dealer check your vehicle.
