Cylinder 4 contribution

Exhaust Gas Recirculation flow insufficient

Exhaust pressor sensor "A" circuit

These are KOER (key on engine running) test When number 4 cylinder is not contibuting, the best test is to do a injector buzz test that is listed in the scan tool function test, When any cylinder is not contributing this is a misfire it can be from the compression being low to the fuel injector that is not firing,The EGR gas flow insufficient, when this code up the exhaust pressure (EP) sensor  is  used to calculate and control the EGR flow. You may have a working EGR, if the EP sensor circuit is non operation it will  see the EGR as low flow.Test the EP sensor circuit For proper operation , Remove the EP sensor moisture tends to build up there and the tube for the sensor tends to plug.
