How can I have both high voltage and low voltage at the same time? What am I missing?

Vehicle: 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 liter

Hi there,

This is usually the result of a bad sensor. The codes will be stored as they happen, the computer is just getting feedback from the sensor. When the sensor is failing it's not going to produce the proper voltage at the proper times causing both codes to happen at what seem like the same time, even if it's not. Change the sensor and you will likely resolve the issue.
