error code 1389 , and blows injector fuse , plus low voltage reading

My 2002 jeep grand Cherokee has an error code 1389, when driving it shows low voltage on panel about 10 volts, also while driving it blows the fuel injector fuse

most likely its the ASD relay. check/replace ASD relay (see picture below)

also you can go through the diagnostic procedures if you want just in case that is not the problem
