Unable to clear code p0401 on 2000 Ford Expedition. Replaced DPFE, EGR valve, and EGR solenoid what else is there?

Check and make sure there isn't a blockage in the tube to the EGR. If there is, then even though the EGR is working, it won't pull any air and will cause the code to appear.
