P0068 Buick -

Question

I have a 2006 Buick Lucerne CX, 3.8. I got codes P0101 (mass air flow sensor performance), and P0068 (throttle position sensor inconsistent with mass air flow sensor). Is there any way to diagnose which component is more likely to have caused this?
The car would not go over 15 mph and ran rough (check engine light, engine at low power warning, check traction control warning, etc.). This happened yesterday @ 0 degrees. It started and ran fine today @ 17 degrees.

P0101 try to clean the mass air flow sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner. The throttle body might also be dirty and may need to be cleaned with throttle body cleaner. 

The cold will freeze up the dirty thus making it harder for the throttle plate to move which will set the engine light on.
