2004 Ford F150 4.2L with engine code P2197, where is the sensor at?

P2197 02 sensor lean bias , stuck lean bank 2 sensor 1

This is a condition than it is a 02 sensor.this is where a visual inspection is needed, where vacuum leaks needs to be looked for, Vacuum leaks especially at the PCV valve and its hose needs to be check for false air leaks( false air is vacuum leaks that gets past the MAF and is unmetered). vacuum leaks at the intake manifold, especially at the brake booster hose.
